SHOPCOMM · DHARA TECHNOLOGIES

Terms and Conditions

Effective:
Developer: DhaRa Technologies

These Terms and Conditions are also referred to as the Terms of Use in the app. Read them with our Privacy Policy.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use form an agreement between the user and DhaRa Technologies regarding ShopComm. By registering as an Owner, accepting staff access or using ShopComm, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Purpose of ShopComm

ShopComm helps shops configure services, manage staff, record completed services, calculate service-based staff commissions and record offline settlement status. Cash and online labels describe how a shop says it received or settled an amount; ShopComm does not process, receive, hold, transfer or guarantee that money. The app is not a bank, wallet, payment gateway, money-transfer service, lender, investment service or payroll provider.

3. No tax, GST, invoice or accounting service

ShopComm is not designed to calculate, collect, deduct, report or file GST, income tax, withholding tax, professional tax or any other tax. It does not generate tax invoices, GST returns, statutory books, payroll statements or regulatory filings. Amounts, commissions, summaries and settlement statuses are informal operational records only and must not be treated as tax, accounting, payroll or legal advice. Each shop is solely responsible for maintaining legally required books and invoices, determining tax or GST obligations, applying correct rates and deductions, and consulting a qualified accountant, tax professional or legal adviser.

4. Accounts and access

Owners register with a mobile number, required address and six-digit PIN. Mobile OTP checks are currently disabled for registration, owner forgot-PIN and new-device flows; entering a number alone does not verify possession of that number. Admin Web sign-in continues to require an email OTP. A successful sign-in on a new device may disconnect the previous device. Staff accounts are added by an Owner or authorized administrator with a name, mobile number and PIN. Staff PINs are managed by the Owner or authorized administrator; self-service Forgot PIN is hidden for recognized staff accounts and staff reset requests are restricted by the server. Users must supply accurate information, protect their device and PIN and report suspected unauthorized access.

5. Shop, staff and commission records

Owners control staff access, configured service values and commission percentages, subject to authorized administrator management. Starter services and images are suggestions; review the selected services, prices and commission rates before recording work. They are not guaranteed local market prices. Owners remain responsible for the information entered for the shop, the right to provide staff data and agreed commission terms. Settlement-payment rows record amounts already paid and reduce the outstanding balance; they are not additional service revenue. Records and calculations do not create or enforce employment, contractor, wage, tax or payment obligations. Shops and staff must verify amounts and resolve disputes themselves.

6. Data availability and deletion

ShopComm intentionally provides short-term operational history. Detailed completed-service and settlement data is available for the current month, with the immediately preceding month available only through the fifth day of the current month before automatic permanent deletion. Only a staff-level outstanding balance may continue without expired transaction details. Owners may manually delete eligible settled data. Users are responsible for exporting or separately maintaining any record they are legally or commercially required to keep; ShopComm is not a statutory record archive.

7. Subscriptions and trials

A new shop receives the displayed trial period. Continued access may require an offline subscription payment confirmed by a ShopComm administrator; the app does not process that payment. Owner and staff operational access is blocked after expiry. The expiry dialog cannot be dismissed with Back or an outside tap; its available actions can open plan information, refresh status, sign out or, for an Owner, delete the shop. Returning from a plan screen does not restore access unless the shop is activated. Expiry does not pause the operational-data retention schedule. Renewing or replacing a plan follows the terms displayed when the request is made; unused days do not carry forward when an Owner confirms replacement with a different plan. Authorized administrators can continue basic shop management without renewing the subscription.

8. Referral program

Where the referral program is enabled, eligibility, limits and rewards are those displayed in the app at the time of use. Referral and subscription rewards are subject to account and administrator checks. Artificial, duplicate or self-referrals may be rejected. An old account's records, subscription or rewards are not restored merely by registering again with the same mobile number.

9. Administration, support access and acceptable use

Authorized ShopComm administrators may manage shop profiles, staff details and access, and configured service prices and commission rates without an Owner support code, including for expired or disabled shops. Access to completed-service transactions, settlements and private operational details is separate and requires an active Owner-granted support session. Owners should share one-time support codes only for requested assistance and may revoke access. Admin changes are audited and recent changes are shown in Support access. Users must not impersonate others, misuse PINs or access codes, access another shop without permission, submit unlawful content, manipulate referrals, interfere with security or use ShopComm to violate applicable law.

10. User content and photographs

Users retain responsibility for shop information, notes and photographs they provide and grant ShopComm and its service providers permission to host and process that content solely to operate and support the service. Users must have the necessary rights and permissions and must not upload unlawful, misleading, confidential or infringing content.

11. Availability and offline use

Pending offline entries may be stored on the device and synchronized later. Users are responsible for connecting periodically, confirming synchronization and maintaining independent copies of important records. Features may be delayed or unavailable because of connectivity, device settings, hosting, maintenance, third-party speech services or events outside our reasonable control.

12. Suspension, shop deletion and account closure

ShopComm may restrict access for subscription expiry, misuse, security risk, legal necessity or breach of these Terms. Owners may delete an individual shop after confirmation; that removes its operational data, uploaded shop images and memberships but not user accounts or other shops. Deleting an Owner account removes owned shops and their associated operational data. Deleting a staff account removes personal details and active access, but retains that staff member's service transactions, settlements and other shop operational records under the normal retention rules so shop totals and history remain unchanged. These actions do not settle obligations owed between a shop and staff.

For any deleted account, email, address, profile photograph and images uploaded by that user, PIN and login credentials, OTP records and trusted device sessions are erased. Only name and mobile number are retained for up to one year after deletion, solely for subsequent support queries or disputes, and are then permanently erased. You may request earlier erasure at shopcomm.dr@gmail.com. Internal non-login historical references may remain for the shop's operational records. We complete verified deletion requests within 7 business days. Re-registration with the same mobile number creates a separate new account without restoring the previous data or access. Uninstalling alone does not delete your account. See the Privacy Policy for the full deletion and retention details.

13. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ShopComm is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent retention, or that user-entered values, commission calculations, settlement statuses or synchronized records are complete or error-free. Users must verify important business information independently. DhaRa Technologies is not responsible for employment, commission, customer-payment, tax or GST decisions made from unverified app records, or for indirect or consequential loss, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

14. Contact and changes

Questions, complaints and legal notices may be sent to shopcomm.dr@gmail.com. We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated, and continued use after reasonable notice means the updated Terms apply.
